Deals Gap Meet 8/23/2002 - 8/26/2002

We had a great time.  There were only a few of us here this time.  Lane, Frank, Ric, Dave, Ed, and myself.  Ric brought a friend of his, Rick, who rides a Honda Interceptor.  Rick took the videos that are here.  I couldn't isolate my camera from vibration enough to take a decent video.  Dave brought his girlfriend Joni.  They didn't spend the whole weekend as they took a couple of day trips and used the campground as a base, but Dave did go on a few rides with us.  Tomcat showed up 3 days and Thom showed up on his turtle looking BMW on leg 2 of his around the country trip.  I screwed up when I took the pictures for Thom's BMW and Ric's H1A, so if anyone has these, please email them to me so I can include them on this page.

Sunday morning at 7:30 and Lane is getting ready to head for home.  That is his Nighthawk that he brought but didn't ride too much.
 
Ed and I took a last ride through the Dragon at 8:00 on Monday morning.  Very peaceful at that time of day.  We were loaded up and on the road at about 9:30 AM.
